Exchanges of Damaged items or Fulfillment Error:
We offer "easy exchanges" for items damaged in transit. Simply take a photo of the front of your item showing damage with the shipping container and contents. Contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photo and we will process your request within one business day. A fresh undamaged replacement will be on the way! (Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.) We reserve the right to approve/deny any return or exchange.
Returns/Exchanges for all claims other than carrier damage or fulfillment error:
To complete your return, contact us at email@example.com to request an RMA. Contact us within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where refunds are declined. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We do not refund shipping costs to return items for reasons other than damage or fulfillment error, or original shipping paid in purchase. Restock fees of 10% apply to returns for reasons other than fulfillment error.
