Exchanges of Damaged items
When eligible we offer "easy exchanges" for items damaged in transit. Simply take a photo of the front of your item showing damage with the shipping container and contents. Contact us at: email@example.com with your order number and photo and we will process your request within one business day. A fresh undamaged replacement will be on the way! (Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.) We reserve the right to approve/deny any return or exchange.
Returns/Exchanges for all claims other than carrier damage:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RMA. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for return. No returns will be accepted for any reason with the original container and all packing wraps and materials.
There are certain situations where refunds are declined. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery:
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. We do not refund shipping costs to return items, or original shipping paid in purchase. Restock fees of 10% apply to returns.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping delays: Delivery estimates are applicable at the time of ordering. We are not responsible delayed deliveries that happen in transit due to mishandling & misrouting by carriers beyond our control after the package has left our facility.
