Returns for Damage/Exchanges/Returns Process based on return reason and resolution. Some cases, product return may not be required to resolve.
1.To exchange/refund for Damaged items or Fulfillment Error: No product return required.
We offer "easy exchanges" for items damaged in transit. Simply take a photo of the front of your item showing damage with the shipping container and contents. Contact us at: email@example.com with your order number and photo and we will process your request within one business day. A fresh undamaged replacement will be on the way! No physical product return required. (Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.) We reserve the right to approve/deny any return or exchange for items returns not in accordance with our terms, or items that arrived damaged. We may also charge up to 50% restock fees on severely damaged items, or not approve the return at all.
2. Returns/Exchanges/Refunds for all claims other than carrier damage or fulfillment error: Product return required.
To complete your return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RMA. Contact us within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return will be processed 5 business days after it is received by us.
There are certain situations where refunds are declined. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We do not refund shipping costs to return items for reasons other than damage or fulfillment error, or original shipping paid in purchase. Restock fees starting at 10% apply to returns for reasons other than fulfillment error.
