Services are not guaranteed to residential addresses. Carriers also suspend service guarantees for disruptions due to severe weather.
We will make every effort to ship all orders placed before 9 AM ET same day. However, due to high seasonal demands, some orders may ship within 1 business day.
UPS Ground, 3-Day Select & 2-day Air shipping orders placed before 9am ET ship same day. Please allow 1-2 additional business days for winter weather condition and disruptions.
**We ship worldwide. ** WE SHIP USPS for economy services. For time sensitive shipments, we recommend UPS.
**Customers with a USPS PO Box: If you have both a street address, but required to use PO BOX for USPS packages, please provide your box number as your shipping address.
If shipping to a campus, please review your university mail guidelines to properly address your packages.
We reserve the right to require signature upon delivery for any order, due to the recent increase in "fraudulent charge" disputes on delivered orders. If you do not want to sign for purchases, we recommend using paypal and shipping to a confirmed address on your paypal account.
