Hello Poster Pals!! We are happy to observe that USPS shipping has seemingly returned to normal for July! Except... For PA & OH. We have no idea why this region still suffers inexcusably long delays in deliveries with the USPS. That being said, it doesn't seem to be EVERY shipment there anymore, it's just random. Out of the blue, a shipment to PA or OH takes 4 weeks! Sometimes they get there on time. Who knows?  UPS still remains the most reliable carrier right now for lower 48 & street address shipping. If you NEED it, absolutely positively NEED IT...
